Acceptable Use Policy

UNACCEPTABLE USE

Tappa, Inc. requires that you and other users of our Services conduct themselves with respect for others. In particular, observe the following rules in you use of the Service:

  • Do not harass, threaten, or defame any person or entity. Do not contact any person who has requested no further contact. Do not use ethnic or religious slurs against any person or group.

  • Do not violate the privacy rights of any person. Do not cooperate in or facilitate identity theft. Do not collect or disclose any personal information without the subject’s prior consent. Personal information means information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with an individual person or household.

  • Do not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, or other intellectual property rights of any person or entity. Do not reproduce, publish, or disseminate software, audio recordings, video recordings, photographs, articles, or other works of authorship without the written permission of the copyright holder.

  • Do not access any computer or communications system without authorization. Do not attempt to penetrate or disable any security system. Do not intentionally distribute a computer virus, launch a denial of service attack, or in any other way attempt to interfere with the functioning of any computer, communications system, or website.

  • Do not send bulk unsolicited emails (“Spam”) or sell or market any product or service advertised by or connected with Spam. Do not facilitate or cooperate in the dissemination of Spam in any way. Do not violate the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003.

  • Do not issue fraudulent offers to sell or buy products, services, or investments. Do not mislead anyone about the details or nature of a commercial transaction. Do not commit fraud in any other way.

  • Do not violate the law.

AI SERVICES AUP 

”AI services” are services that are labeled or described by Microsoft as including, using, powered by, or being an Artificial Intelligence (“AI”) system.

  • Reverse Engineering. You may not use the AI services to discover any underlying components of the models, algorithms, and systems. For example, you may not try to determine and remove the weights of models.

  • Extracting Data. You may not use web scraping, web harvesting, or web data extraction methods to extract data from the AI services.

  • Limits on use of data from the AI Services. You may not use the AI services, or data from the AI services, to create, train, or improve (directly or indirectly) any other AI service. 

  • Use of Your Content. As part of providing the AI services, Microsoft will process and store your inputs to the service as well as output from the service, for purposes of monitoring for and preventing abusive or harmful uses or outputs of the service.

  • Third party claims. You are solely responsible for responding to any third-party claims regarding your use of the AI services in compliance with applicable laws (including, but not limited to, copyright infringement or other claims relating to content output during your use of the AI services).
